Prohibited use
- Fraud, impersonating or caller ID spoofing
- Illegal, unwanted or harassing bulk calls
- Replacing emergency services or making life-critical decisions automatically
- Unnecessary request for password, OTP, bank secret or special category data
- Bypass system security, rate, limit or access controls
Campaigns and Consent
The outbound campaign creator is responsible for the legality of the contact list, eligible hours, opt-out registry and telecommunications rules of the relevant market. OMO's DNC function is a technical control and does not replace the user's legal judgment.

In case of real risk, a specific campaign, number or workspace may be suspended. When making a decision, we take into account the extent of damage, repeatability, customer response and legal obligations.
