Subject of service
OMO provides users with a software environment for managing voice agents, SIP numbers, conversation processes, calls, reservations, campaigns, surveys and voice routes. Specific functions, volume and price are determined by the selected product, order or individual contract.
Account and Authority
- Account data must be accurate and secure
- The workspace owner manages members and their roles
- User is responsible for access rights to their own SIP, CRM, calendar and other integrations
- In case of questionable access, the user must immediately change the password and notify us
Use of voice workflows
Automated recognition and generation may fail. The user must configure confirmation checks, fallback behavior, switching to human, and limiting high-risk actions. OMO is not a substitute for emergency, medical, legal or financial judgment.
Billing and OMO credits
The current price, number of credits, tax and payment terms are displayed before confirming the order. Payment is processed in Stripe's secure environment. The use, return or expiration of purchased credits is determined by the terms of the order and applicable law.
User Data and Content
The user retains rights to their data and grants us only the technical rights required to provide the service. The user confirms that they have a valid legal basis for using data supplied through calls, contacts, recordings, and integrations.
Availability and Changes
The Service may be affected by scheduled maintenance, the Internet, a SIP carrier, an external API, or other providers. The contractually agreed service level takes precedence over these public conditions. The customer will be notified of a material change within a reasonable period of time, whenever practicable.
Limitation and Termination
Access may be temporarily restricted in the event of a security incident, illegal use, significant payment breach, or actual danger to other users. Upon termination, data is returned and deleted in accordance with the Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Liability and Applicable Agreement
Services are provided with agreed features. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of the parties and any special warranty shall be determined by the relevant order or contract. Send us your questions using the secure contact form.
