OMO and voice AI

What OMO is, how it handles Georgian, and how it differs from a conventional voice bot.

What is OMO?

OMO — Omni Media Orchestrator — is a Georgian AI voice platform that turns phone conversations into configured business actions. It connects real-time dialogue, business logic, telephony, API integrations, and session evidence so a call can produce a verified operational result rather than only a spoken answer.

What is an AI voice agent?

An AI voice agent is software that listens to a caller, interprets the request, responds by voice, and performs an authorized action. In OMO, that action can be an appointment, a recorded lead, a survey response, or routing the call to the correct person or workflow.

How is an AI phone operator different from a traditional IVR?

A traditional IVR presents a fixed menu of keypad choices. An AI phone operator can interpret a natural-language request, connect it to the current workflow, and ask a short clarification when needed. OMO still operates inside configured permissions and deterministic business rules rather than inventing unrestricted actions.

Can OMO speak Georgian?

Yes. OMO voice workflows are designed for Georgian telephone conversations. The agent language, voice, tone, wording, and conversation stages are configurable. Critical values such as names, phone numbers, dates, and times can receive additional validation according to the workflow rules.

Does OMO only work in Georgian?

The website is available in Georgian and English. The public demo is Georgian-speaking. Voice-service language and capabilities must be agreed and evaluated for the specific business workflow before launch.

Business actions

Appointments, outbound calls, surveys, routing, and human escalation.

Can OMO book an appointment or meeting?

Yes. A booking workflow can collect the request, check real availability, offer valid times, confirm critical details, and create the appointment only after the required checks pass. The resulting appointment and integration response are retained with the session events for operational review.

Can OMO make outbound sales calls?

Yes. An outbound campaign can include uploaded contacts, a controlled conversation flow, qualification questions, and explicit outcome categories. After each call, OMO stores a structured result. Human handoff or another follow-up action occurs only when the configured conditions are met.

Can OMO run customer surveys?

Yes. OMO can collect a rating, an NPS or CSAT-style score, and open-ended feedback. Responses are stored with the session context and can feed the analytics enabled for that workspace. The survey wording, scale, and follow-up rules are configured before calls begin.

Can OMO transfer a call to a human?

Yes. A direct caller request, a configured intent, a high-risk situation, or a workflow exception can trigger human transfer. The destination, operating hours, and fallback route are configured in advance so a difficult case does not remain trapped in an automated conversation.

Can OMO handle multiple calls at the same time?

Yes. The platform architecture supports concurrent voice sessions. Actual concurrent capacity depends on activated numbers, the telephony provider, deployed infrastructure, and the limits agreed for the workspace. Expected traffic is measured and load-tested before a production rollout that requires defined capacity.

Can OMO operate 24/7?

OMO can operate at any hour and is not tied to a human shift. Continuous service still depends on telephony, integrations, and infrastructure availability. The system therefore records technical events and uses configured fallback behavior when a dependency is unavailable rather than claiming guaranteed uninterrupted service.

Telephony and integrations

SIP numbers, calendars, CRM, APIs, WebRTC, and the real-time voice processing chain.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. A workspace can connect compatible SIP provider credentials, attach one or more numbers, and select an OMO product for each number. Before activation, authorization, inbound and outbound routing, and audio compatibility are checked against the provider configuration.

Can different services be assigned to multiple numbers?

Yes. Each SIP number can have its own product, agent, voice, business hours, conversation workflow, and routing policy. The numbers are managed from one workspace, while each call session records which number and workflow handled it.

Can OMO integrate with a calendar or CRM?

Yes. OMO uses APIs and webhooks. A booking workflow can check availability in a connected calendar, while a call result can be sent to a CRM or another internal system. Each integration operates with approved fields and validated responses rather than unrestricted access.

What is SIP and how does OMO use it?

SIP is a signaling standard used to connect a business phone number to voice infrastructure. OMO uses SIP for inbound and outbound call routing. Supported authentication methods, routing parameters, and audio codecs are verified with the specific provider during implementation.

Can OMO connect to Asterisk or use WebRTC?

A compatible SIP route and, where required, a WebRTC voice surface can be used. OMO’s core telephony layer is designed for direct SIP connectivity. An existing Asterisk environment is used only when it exposes a compatible trunk and preserves the audio parameters required by the target workflow.

How does the STT → LLM → TTS pipeline work?

STT converts caller audio into text and timing signals. An LLM plus deterministic business rules determine intent and the allowed next action. A tool verifies or performs that action, and TTS converts the response into audio. OMO coordinates these stages with session state and telephony events.

Quality, data, and trust

Uncertainty handling, audio, transcripts, latency, and evidence for each session.

What happens when the agent is not confident?

Clarification, repetition, refusal, and human-handoff rules are defined in the workflow. In an uncertain or high-risk situation, the agent should not invent an answer or silently execute an action. It asks one concise clarifying question or follows the configured fallback route.

Can I review call audio and transcripts?

When recording is enabled and there is an appropriate legal basis, authorized workspace members can review audio, transcripts, conversation stages, events, and technical diagnostics in one session. Access must follow workspace roles and the applicable data policy.

How does OMO test conversation quality?

Quality is evaluated from the full session evidence, not only the transcript: audio, stage sequence, tool responses, latency, and errors. Before production, tests cover normal input, overlapping speech, delayed audio, background speech, corrections, confirmations, and relevant equivalents across the workflow.

How does OMO manage voice latency?

Latency is measured from the end of the caller’s turn to the start of agent audio and separated into STT, decision, tool, and TTS stages. Streaming, focused context, and fewer unnecessary requests reduce delay, but speed must not bypass validation of critical data.

Is OMO 100% accurate?

No real telephone AI system should be presented as error-free. Background noise, connectivity, accent, and difficult values affect recognition. OMO’s approach is to detect uncertainty, confirm critical values, provide a fallback path, and retain evidence so the result can be audited.

Pricing and launch

Credits, pricing, demos, implementation time, and production-readiness requirements.

How is AI phone operator pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on connected voice usage, enabled products, the number of phone numbers, deployed infrastructure, and required integrations. Active OMO products use one shared credit balance. A final proposal is based on the real workflow and expected traffic rather than a fabricated universal rate.

Is there a one-time setup fee?

The need for one-time implementation work depends on complexity. A standard configuration and a custom calendar, CRM, data migration, or complex routing project do not require the same effort. Any setup scope and fee are therefore defined in a written proposal before work begins.

How do OMO credits work?

One shared OMO balance is used across products activated in the workspace. Consumption is recorded according to the connected voice service and applicable rate. Current balance, transactions, and available packages appear in the secure billing area; the public site does not invent changeable prices.

Can I test OMO before deployment?

Yes. The public demo number and a workflow assessment demonstrate the interaction model. A real test for your business uses an agreed scenario and test data so dialogue, telephony, integrations, and exception handling can be verified before production use.

How quickly can the first voice workflow launch?

Timing depends on integrations, data readiness, and workflow complexity. A demonstration can be prepared quickly, while a production launch also requires verification of dialogue paths, exceptions, telephony, permissions, data persistence, and fallback behavior.
