Customer support

Voice AI menu and correct routing of support calls

For customer support, OMO replaces long button menus with natural conversation. The caller explains what they need, the agent checks only the necessary details, and routes the call to the right self-service flow or person. The reason and collected context stay attached to the session.

Who is it for?

Support, billing, ordering, technical support and shared contact center teams.

What does it solve?

  • Callers cannot find the right option in a traditional IVR menu
  • Customers must repeat the same information after a transfer
  • Teams spend time answering the same routine questions
  • The reason and outcome of a transfer are not recorded clearly

How it works

What does OMO do from the start of a call to the final outcome?

  1. 01

    Recognise the intent

The caller explains the request naturally, and the flow evaluates it against supported intents and the current context.

  2. 02

    Clarify safely

If two directions are possible, the agent asks one short multiple-choice question and does not guess the meaning.

  3. 03

    Act or transfer

Supported self-service requests trigger the appropriate system action; everything else is transferred to the correct team member.

  4. 04

    Maintaining context

A session stores the reason for the request, the data received, the route, and the technical result.

Your control

What your team manages from the dashboard

  • Catalog of intents and corresponding routes
  • Acceptable methods of identification
  • Human handoff priorities
  • Fallback behaviour for errors, uncertainty and unavailable teams

System boundaries

What OMO will not assume or invent

  • OMO does not perform an action that fails server authentication or verification.
  • A caller’s explicit request for a person can trigger immediate human handoff.
  • Emergency and high-risk topics are never handled as routine automated replies.

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about implementation.

Can the user select a direction without a button?

Yes. The caller states the reason naturally, and the flow selects the appropriate route or asks one short clarifying question when needed.

Is information lost when switching operators?

Not if the appropriate integration is enabled. OMO stores the context already received and the reason for the switch so that the team does not start the conversation from scratch.

Can OMO request feedback after a support interaction?

Yes. A completed service can trigger a survey campaign and schedule an NPS or CSAT call at the agreed time.
